Was really pleased with the friendly staff and orthodontist at RVO. Our child has had a lot of anxiety about getting braces and was genuinely terrified for reasons we couldn’t quite pinpoint. We tried to start the process a few times in the past but ultimately decided to give her more time to mature.Going into this appointment, we honestly didn’t know how it would go. But the assistant connected with her immediately, involved her in the decision‑making, and helped her choose the option that felt right for her. She selected Invisalign, and feeling included made all the difference.We’re only in week one of the journey, but this experience has given us real hope for what’s possible. We have always been quickly seen for appointments and the staff has been flexible when trying to schedule or if needed reschedule appointments. Always pleasant to work with.
