Do I really have to wear my retainer forever?
To keep your smile looking as awesome as it does today, the answer is yes! Most of our friends just pop theirs in at night while they sleep.
How often will I need a new one?
Our retainers are made of high-quality, durable materials, but they do wear out over time. One set is included at the end of treatment. If your retainer ever feels loose or develops a crack, consider our Lifetime Retention Plan, which provides unlimited replacements for a $39 copay per set (initial enrollment is $750). We also offer payment plans, so feel free to ask for more details.
What happens if I forget to wear it?
If you skip your retainer, your teeth might start to shift back to their old spots, which we would like to avoid. If you notice your retainer feels tight, it’s a sign your teeth are trying to move. Just start wearing it consistently again to get back on track.
