I am dedicated to helping patients achieve confident, healthy smiles. I’m proud to support the Hispanic community by bridging language gaps and creating a comfortable experience for every patient. Outside of work, I enjoy the beach, summertime, and spending time with my dog and family.

My favorite part of working at Roanoke Valley Orthodontics is getting to know all of our patients. I love my family and exploring new places. If I won the lottery, I would set up my kids financially for life and then travel the world!

I’m passionate about creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. I love being a friendly face they see—and nothing makes me happier than seeing their smiles as we help them feel cared for, comfortable, and understood.

Financial Coordinator

Danielle sees every patient before they start treatment to review the financials. She spent nearly a decade in health insurances, so she is able to help patients use their insurance to its maximum benefit. She played professional basketball overseas for three years! She loves to hike with her family, go to the movies, and of course, watch basketball.

Clinical Assistant

Erin works with patients as they receive adjustments or get their braces on or off. She makes sure they aren’t having issues with their braces and are as comfortable as possible. Her favorite part about working at RVO is seeing the excitement patients feel about their new smiles. In her free time, Erin’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband and two boys.

My favorite part about working at RVO is seeing the patients’ smiles transform from start to finish. When I’m not at work, I love taking naps, reading books, and spending time with my family.

Marketing/Clerical Coordinator

As the marketing coordinator, my responsibilities include working with social media and content as well as planning events and securing sponsorships. As the clerical coordinator, I greet and welcome patients, answer questions and provide additional administrative support as needed.

Practice Director

As practice director, Laurie supports Dr. Jones, Dr. DeShon and the rest of the RVO Team. Her 26 years of orthodontic experience allows her to hop into almost any job in the clinic to keep things running smoothly. She appreciates being part of the RVO family. Outside work, Laurie enjoys hiking, swimming, mountains, lake, her two miniature schnauzers and her two kids.

I love being a part of RVO because I’m passionate about dental! I enjoy music, books, coloring and mini verse. My ultimate goal is to be a hygienist.

Front Desk Coordinator

With 13 years of customer service experience, my goal is to ensure patients have a great interaction with us from the moment they walk in the door to the final appointment with us and every phone call in between. I love seeing the transformations throughout patients’ ortho journey and the confidence a new smile brings. Outside of work I enjoy hiking, trying new restaurants while traveling, reading, and spending my free time with my little chihuahua.
