"Wonderful experience! Everyone from the doctor, the techs and the associates are very friendly and helpful. My daughter, who was only 9, was very nervous about having to get braces, but everyone there made her feel very comfortable and explained every step to her prior to doing anything. "Exceptional! I am 51 years old and never smile in photo’s. Both my daughters got braces here, now it’s my turn. I had many reservations before going (I’m too old, my teeth are not worthy, I am not worthy, etc). Those reservations were quickly squashed once I got into Tasha’s office. Tasha is amazing and answered all my questions. Not gonna lie, I almost teared up a couple times. The Dr. was also very knowledgeable and understanding. Lot’s of eye contact and empathy. Whatever is going on in that building is infectious in a good way. My appt ended with Danielle in the payment dept. Danielle was also a ray of sunshine. :)"

"I’ve been reading reviews and it sounds like a comfortable place. i’ve had my braces on for almost 4 years now and they were supposed to be off but i stopped going because everytime i went the orthodontist would just scream at me and tell me everything i’m doing wrong but she completely messed up my teeth. well now they closed down and idk what to do cuz my teeth are getting worse. this was also during covid and i’ve just been so traumatized and judged by going there i’ve been scared to go anywhere."

"I was encouraged by my dentist to get my teeth straightened for overall health and less wear and tear. I went to the orthodontist she recommended, but they were going to charge almost $5,000 (that was the cheapest option and after insurance!) and I was going to have to wear braces for two years 😑 as an adult I don’t want to have braces. Thankfully I got a second opinion and found the right and best person, Dr. Jones, just by looking up Google reviews. The staff was so helpful and amazing (thanks Erica and Danielle!) and I was able to start today with the payments and the scan so that my Aligners will be in within a month or so! "I came here for a 2nd opinion because my original ortho told me I needed braces again at the age of 21 after having mine off for 5 years bc of something they should’ve done to prevent my teeth moving when I first got them off. I went to RVO because my dentist referred me to them & I thank god he did!! Not only was the staff extremely nice but they offered Invisalign for nearly half the price my original ortho offered, said braces were not necessary, & they were just much more informative and helpful. Needless to say I have now moved orthodontists & I am so glad I came for their opinion!!!"

The wait time is usually less than 10 minutes from checking in to being in the chair. Dr Jones is polite and encouraging when speaking with my son about his braces and the next steps.I moved about two hours away and STILL drive to Roanoke to use this office.
