Stephanie helped me tremendously getting acclimated to the process and with the financial breakdowns. His clinical assistant alejandra i think, added laughter and comfort as my son had his braces put on and explained everything to him. 2 of the doctors met and worked with my son. "Exceptional! I am 51 years old and never smile in photo’s. Both my daughters got braces here, now it’s my turn. I had many reservations before going (I’m too old, my teeth are not worthy, I am not worthy, etc). Those reservations were quickly squashed once I got into Tasha’s office. Tasha is amazing and answered all my questions. Not gonna lie, I almost teared up a couple times. The Dr. was also very knowledgeable and understanding. Lot’s of eye contact and empathy. Whatever is going on in that building is infectious in a good way. My appt ended with Danielle in the payment dept. Danielle was also a ray of sunshine. :)"

Jones and DeShon have been wonderfully thorough, attentive, and professional; and all the assistants, familiar faces now, have all been friendly and exceptionally competent. It's not fun having braces, but they do a great job of making it as pleasant as possible. The multiple locations are convenient as well. Highly recommended!"

They were very patient with him through the entire process of getting his upper braces on taking time to explain things when he asked about them even though he would move on to the next question before they could give him a full answer. The orthodontist was very good at explaining everything and what the plan was to correct the problem. He was very friendly and compassionate when dealing with my child. When we went in to get the braces put on, my daughter was scared. The young lady who was taking care of her and putting her braces on was very, very good at calming my daughter's fears. I have dealt with another orthodontist office for my 3 other daughters and was really shocked at just how much better this office is compared to the other orthodontist. Our first visit/evaluation was quick and easy and they were so thorough and were able to show us exactly what was needed for treatment and gave us several options for treatment and for payment. Within a week, we were back in the office and had braces put on. Got a call that NIGHT from Dr. Jones himself checking on my daughter and asking if she had any problems or discomfort. We get text message reminders and follow ups. They have an incentive program for the patient that rewards them for good hygiene, office visits, etc with gift cards.
