"Dr. Jones listened to my concerns about my teeth and about how orthodontic treatment would fit into my schedule (and my budget). His treatment plan addresses all of my concerns and works with my schedule. His staff are friendly and helpful, his office is clean, and his waiting room is comfortable (though I have only ever spent a few minutes there). Dr. Jones is friendly, courteous, and professional, and came highly recommended by my dentist. I will definitely be recommending him to friends.Update 2019: I have completed treatment with Dr. Jones and been in retainers for several months. He and his staff were great throughout the whole process. I have had braces in the past and when I had concerns (like my top and bottom teeth not matching up in the front), the other orthodontists brushed me off, leaving me with results I wasn't happy with. Dr. Jones made sure I was completely satisfied with my smile before declaring me done with treatment. I never felt rushed, and I always felt listened to and appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and his staff!!"
