"Everyone here was smiling and welcoming. Like a dream for someone with anxiety. I felt confident in what was needed for my kids and felt like everything was explained. Stephanie helped me tremendously getting acclimated to the process and with the financial breakdowns. His clinical assistant alejandra i think, added laughter and comfort as my son had his braces put on and explained everything to him. 2 of the doctors met and worked with my son. It felt like a team and family unit helping everyone around. Definitely recommend!"

My daughter’s favorite appointments were when she got to get a giant bag of candy after her braces were removed & when they had a snow cone truck outside the office with free snow ones for the patients!"

"I was completely amazed at how good this orthodontist office is. Every single person I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The orthodontist was very good at explaining everything and what the plan was to correct the problem. He was very friendly and compassionate when dealing with my child. When we went in to get the braces put on, my daughter was scared. The young lady who was taking care of her and putting her braces on was very, very good at calming my daughter's fears. I have dealt with another orthodontist office for my 3 other daughters and was really shocked at just how much better this office is compared to the other orthodontist. I wish I had known about this office before! I highly recommend this orthodontist for anyone that is looking to get work done on their teeth. You won't be disappointed!!!"

We had the majority of appointments, at the Rocky Mount office, & the customer service was top notch. The offices are clean, inviting, & comfortable, & they were always very prompt. We saw results within a couple weeks, of having her braces put on too. Dr. Jones has a wonderful bedside manner, & he really talks to the kids, which i know makes them feel good. Each & every step was well explained, & they have so many options in colors they can add to the braces. They also supply everything you need, for the care of them, the entire time. "Staff was very kind and friendly. My daughter was nervous and everyone did a great job making her feel as comfortable as possible. After her braces were placed she got a little bag of swag which she really liked and I was impressed that the Dr called later that evening to check on her. She wore her braces, followed directions, and did her follow up appts as planned for a year and a half. Now her braces are off and she loves the outcome. The staff was great. Dr Jones was great. Now my daughter is doing great! We definitely recommend Dr Jones and his staff!"

"Hands down, BEST orthodontist office in the Roanoke Valley. I spoke with several orthodontists prior, and they all advised that with my bite, they would have to break my jaw. I visited Roanoke Valley Orthodontics and was anticipating the same response, however, Dr. Jones assured me he could fix my teeth without having that procedure done. Today I got my braces off and year and a half later and love my smile...all thanks to him. Everyone there is so inviting and works hard at what they do. I have disliked my teeth for years and my teeth look better than I could have imagined. 10/10 recommend!"

"I met with three orthodontists before choosing Dr. Jones for both my girls. They were in braces about six months apart, one traditional and one Invisalign. They finished one week apart and we are very happy with the results. I have had braces in the past and when I had concerns (like my top and bottom teeth not matching up in the front), the other orthodontists brushed me off, leaving me with results I wasn't happy with.
