"I think we have been seeing the Dr. Jones and the folks at Roanoke Valley Orthodontics for perhaps 15 years, between multiple kids and early screening visits for my first one-- we're finally done and I am so pleased with the results!! Jones and DeShon have been wonderfully thorough, attentive, and professional; and all the assistants, familiar faces now, have all been friendly and exceptionally competent. It's not fun having braces, but they do a great job of making it as pleasant as possible. The multiple locations are convenient as well. Highly recommended!"

"Took my granddaughter to have a bracket removed for an upcoming dental appointment. The technician, Olivia, was very pleasant. She removed some bands and got Dr DeShon to take a look. Dr. DeShon is very sweet and knowledgeable. Emily's bracket was removed and she got her lower braces off and her retainer in the same visit. I would highly recommend RVO! What a great team! Thank you all!"

"In a day and age when customer care and service seem to be disappearing, it is great to discover a company or organization that strives to excel at these qualities. Dr. Jones and his great staff do just that! This review is for their Rocky Mount location, where my daughter first received her braces. We initially visited their Starkey location, and they had her name on a 'Welcome board.' What a nice touch. A very impressive organization, and I can highly recommend them. "So far dealing with Roanoke Valley Orthodontics has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Our first visit/evaluation was quick and easy and they were so thorough and were able to show us exactly what was needed for treatment and gave us several options for treatment and for payment. Within a week, we were back in the office and had braces put on. Got a call that NIGHT from Dr. Jones himself checking on my daughter and asking if she had any problems or discomfort. We get text message reminders and follow ups. They have an incentive program for the patient that rewards them for good hygiene, office visits, etc with gift cards. EVERYONE is so friendly and helpful. I can't imagine dealing with anyone else!"

"Our son was very nervous about getting braces, but Dr. Jones and his staff put him at ease and made the process stress free. They spent plenty of time with us answering questions, making sure our son understood what he needed to do to care for his teeth, and generally making him comfortable. As parents with very busy schedules, my husband and I appreciate the text message and email reminders for upcoming appointments. We also really appreciated that on the day our son got his braces, Dr. Jones called that evening to make sure everything was okay.
